I grew up in Montana, the "Treasure State". I’m the first of two sons to a Panamanian immigrant father and a Rosebud Sioux Native American mother.
I'm passionate about the intersection of technology and politics. I work on the front lines of conservative politics.
My career started helping elect Ryan Zinke and Sen. Steve Daines in 2014. I served as a Team Captain for the Montana Republican Party's Engagement Team. Additionally, I helped Gov. Greg Gianforte start an online movement called Better Montana Jobs.
Upon graduating from Montana State University in 2015, I joined Turning Point USA and was promoted to Editor-In-Chief of their online news site, “Hypeline.” In one calendar year, my team and I reached more than 12.8 million page views.
At the end of my year, the website had over 200 contributors from across the USA, and I managed 7 full-time employees.
Now I work at Leadership Institute as the Director of Digital Training.
In 6 years, I’ve trained more than 20,000 students, activists and leaders on digital and political technology.
Here are a few courses I teach:
Introduction to Python
The Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.)
Social Media for Activism
Email Marketing
Introduction to Online Security
I also contribute to Leadership Institute's Campus Reform where I occasionally speak on Fox News, Fox Business, OANN, and Newsmax.
In my free time, I enjoy great whiskey (bourbon especially), good music, being outdoors and a game of chess.
Some controversial opinions? I enjoy pineapple (sometimes) on my pizza. Taylor Swift is nothing short of fantastic, and I'm #TeamCanon all the way.
I have a play hard, work harder mentality. I wear pink on Wednesdays, and I’m a pragmatic optimist.
Finally, I enjoy traveling the USA and making many friends along the way.
